My Apple Tree Collage

In Science class we are learning about the 4 seasons. We have learnt that each season is different from each other and that each one has something that makes it special.

This week we did an apple tree collage to recognise each season of the year.

We also learnt a funny song!

Well done Nightingales!

Learning the numbers 4, 5, 6.

This term in Maths classes we are learning how to trace the numbers 4, 5 and 6!

We had fun singing songs, walking on traced numbers on the floor and tracing using different materials.

Song of the week: In the Garden

Dear Nightingales:

In English classes we are learning the song “In the garden”. Through this song we are learning to describe some items of the garden. I’m sure you will enjoy it at home as much as you did it in the classroom.

Dear Nightingales,

We are together again and ready to start our last term of the year. During these last months we are going to enjoy many activities and classes that all the teachers have prepared for you.

Fruit Salad Day!

Last Friday we had our fruit salad day to reinforce the topic “Fruits and Vegetables” in Science class. 

Each one of us brought some fruits and we became chefs for a day!

First, we peeled off the skin of the fruits we brought.

Then we chopped them into small pieces.

Finally, we mixed them in a big bowl and served it with condensed milk and yogurt.

Happy Birthday Joaquín Donaire!

The day has finally come! Last October 3rd we celebrated Joaquín's birthday in Nightingales classroom.
